Returns and goods returns

You may wish to return goods ordered from us – whether due to an incorrect order or for other reasons. No problem, we offer the following return rights:

Unrestricted right of return

  • The delivery was less than 14 days ago.
  • The original packaging is unopened and undamaged.
  • The item and its accessories are complete, unused, and show no signs of wear.
  • We still offer the product for sale.

Returns and refunds will be issued at the current daily price or, at most, the purchase price. Return shipping costs and risk are your responsibility.

Conditional return policy

  • The delivery was less than 14 days ago.
  • The original packaging is open, but undamaged.
  • The item and its accessories are complete, unused, and show no signs of wear.
  • We still offer the product for sale.

Returns and refunds are processed at the current daily price or, at most, the purchase price, less a 10% processing fee (minimum CHF 10), which will be deducted directly from the credit. Return shipping costs and risk are your responsibility.

Return after individual inspection

  • The delivery was less than 14 days ago.
  • The original packaging is present, possibly even damaged.
  • The item and its accessories are complete, but used and/or show signs of wear.
  • We still offer the product for sale.

Each case requires individual review by us. Returns are not guaranteed, and the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A processing fee of at least 20% of the purchase price, or at least CHF 20, will be deducted. Return shipping costs and risk are your responsibility.

Repair or replacement within the warranty period

  • There is a technical defect (excluding user error).
  • The device is within the warranty period.
  • The original invoice is available.
  • The product was purchased from Vanatics AG.

An individual review of your case is necessary. We will examine the device for the defect you described. If the device is indeed defective, we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility. If no defect is found, or if the defect was caused by your own negligence, we will charge a flat processing fee of CHF 80.00. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Procedure for returns

  1. Register your return with us by filling out the return form.
  2. After receiving your return form, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please include this email with your return.
  3. After receiving and reviewing the information, we will provide you with the following depending on the case:
    1. We will issue a credit note or an adjusted invoice. You can use the credit note for future purchases from us.
    2. If the warranty applies, we will send you a replacement device.
