Report a defective product

Repair or replacement within the warranty period

  • There is a technical defect (excluding user error).
  • The device is within the warranty period.
  • The original invoice is available.
  • The product was purchased from Vanatics AG.

An individual review of your case is necessary. We will examine the device for the defect you described. If the device is indeed defective, we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility.

If no defect can be found, or if the defect was caused by your own negligence, we will charge a flat processing fee of CHF 99.00. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Repair or replacement outside of warranty

  • We will conduct a fault analysis and prepare a cost estimate based on it. This will cost you CHF 160.00 and will be credited towards the repair cost if you decide to proceed.
  • Repairs charged according to the time and materials required, at an hourly rate of CHF 160.00.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
